Sautéed Tomatoes – a simple and fresh side
Simply combine the following in a bowl:
1 pint each of yellow & red grape tomatoes
6 chopped garlic cloves
4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
1/2 cup of chopped herbs *basil, parsley, cilantro or a combination
Mix everything together then sauté mixture in a hot pan till fragrant and the tomatoes are tender ( you should see the juices in the pan)
This side will compliment any meal.
Great with steak, pork chops, a filet of fish or chicken.
It not only compliments with flavor but adds amazing color to any plate.
